According to the Los Angeles Times, Odom "refused chemical tests to determine his level of alleged intoxication." He later pled no contest on that arrest and was sentenced to "three years' probation and three months of alcohol abuse treatment," according to the AP. And, as recently as September 2015, talk of Odom's alleged drug abuse was still making headlines.
