The Women Of The Year Brought Some Serious Style

by Kali Borovic

Women are fierce, underestimated, and extremely stylish — that was the takeaway from Glamour 's Women Of The Year Awards, which took place on Monday night. From Reese Witherspoon's powerful speech to the diverse fashions seen on the red carpet, this event was about girl power to the max. I'm talking ladies of all professions getting together to celebrate each other's accomplishments and debut some killer outfits. What's better than that?!

The Women of the Year event is by no means all about the fashion, but it was hard to ignore how fabulous everyone looked on the red carpet. The stars brought their style A-game for the big event, and it was truly refreshing to see how everyone rocked their own personal style. Bold colors, patterns, and silhouettes were just some of the sartorial surprises seen on the red carpet at the event. From hairstyles to their quirky little clutches, each woman brought her own flair to her ensemble, and it was refreshing to see.

The celebration didn't stop at the red carpet. There were post-party selfies, stimulating speeches, and loads of positivity and support. Confidence is the best accessory, and these women had it in spades, along with plenty of glamour. Here's what the most influential women in the world decided to wear.

If this doesn't scream power than I don't know what does. The star's outfit combined texture, color, and a fabulous collar.

2. Reese Witherspoon

On top of giving one heck of a speech, Witherspoon sported a perfectly pattered little dress that landed her on the best dressed list for sure.

The combination of ruffles, a sleek silhouette, and cutouts made for a simple yet sophisticated ensemble.

4. Zoe Kazan

Kazan's pantsuit was the perfect way to show her quirky-cool style and still manage to look fierce.

5. Karlie Kloss

While others opted to cover up, Kloss rocked a tight dress with a high slit.

6. Jessica Hart
