Jane Fonda Just Stunned in Valentino
Has a certain Hollywood legend been killing it lately, or what? Jane Fonda just wore Valentino to the premiere of Youth , and it might just be one of the prettiest dresses you've seen all week. Her latest style triumph doesn't exactly come as a surprise — after all, the actress has literally been winning the red carpet for decades. That said, this ultra-feminine Valentino is something of a departure from her usual red carpet fare — it's more storybook princess than va-va-voom — but rest assured, it packs no less of a punch than her usual impeccably fitted sequined jumpsuits.
The dress itself (which came from the to-die-for Valentino 2016 Resort collection) was ballerina meets fairy queen meets high fashion. It featured an absolutely gorgeous silhouette, complete with ever-so-slightly belled sleeves and a full slightly sheer skirt. The whole thing was covered with beautifully intricate three-dimensional flowers in just about every color imaginable — there was a combination of autumnal oranges and browns, mixed with gorgeous pastels. Fonda accessorized with a delicate wreath, as well as a simple mauve clutch, and some scene-stealing drop earrings, and it's altogether one of her best red carpet moments ever — see for yourself!
Ms. Fonda's not the only one who's been rocking the ultra-embellished Valentino lately, though. The show-stopping dresses have been making quite the impression on the red carpet of late. So, with that in mind, let's take a look at some of the most intricate Valentino dresses from 2015's red carpets.
