Steal Gisele's 'Vogue' Vintage Curls Look

by Sienna Fantozzi

If you're still pondering the perfect holiday party hairstyle, then look no further than Gisele Bundchen's Vogue Brazil cover for inspiration. According to Perez Hilton, Bundchen covered the glossy's December issue, and her retro-inspired hair is going to make you want to step back in time for all your parties this year.

I'll admit I might be biased because I'm slightly obsessed with past eras, but even if you aren't, you're still going to fall in love with Bundchen's latest magazine cover. The 35-year-old poses for quite possibly the fiercest cover you'll ever see, and it's not only flawless, but it would also make a seriously great party look.

The supermodel rocks head-to-toe Chanel, wearing a black glittering suit with layers upon layers of pearl necklaces that are going to make you want to step up your jewelry game, stat. She poses powerfully holding a bondage tickler, so I mean, NBD. It's casual.

Bundchen, who modeled two covers for this issue, gave us the best interpretation of party makeup I've found, with a smoky-but-still-sparkly eye, and a deep, red lip, but my favorite part of all is her hair. Bundchen's hair is styled in '40s-esque vintage waves, pinned up to make a faux bob, and I'm thinking it's time to get out of your hairstyle rut and try this one out at your upcoming parties.

Um, yeah. Do not even think about messing with Gisele. But her other cover shows off a softer side...

Total old Hollywood glam.

If you want to steal Gisele Bundchen's Vogue cover look, here are a few tutorials to try.

Vintage Curls: Long Hair

If you have long hair, this tutorial will walk you through how to get those cascading curls.

Vintage Curls: Short Hair

Don't worry if you have short hair. Women had shorter hair in the '40s, so these retro-styles are actually intended more for short hair.

Sparkly Smoky Eye

During the holidays, add some sparkle to the smoke.

A Bold Red Lip

This tutorial will help you nail a deep, red lip — no tooth stains allowed!
