Does This Mean Kourtney & Scott Are Back Together?

Ever since it was announced that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick broke up in July, many fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians have been wondering and hoping they would reunite as a couple. Well, according to a source who spoke with E! News, Kourtney and Scott are once again a "family unit". The insider said:

Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well. They're a family unit again. When Kourtney talks about them, she says "We". It's no longer just her and the kids. It's all of them.

The source also said Kourtney's support and being back together as a family has helped Scott guide his life in the right direction. "He has really picked up the slack on daddy duty," the source claimed. "He's committed. He's helping with the kids and everyone, Kourtney included, sees how much he's trying."

If true, that's great to hear. After much heartache and a lot of messy times between the beloved KUWTK couple, it's wonderful to hear that they may have pushed through all of that, especially for their three children Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Hopefully, this means there won't be any other major problems between Kourtney and Scott in the future and that they can move forward working as one unit. E!'s source also said, "They've always loved each other. And she let him back into the family."

Now, before shippers get too excited, just because they are reportedly a "family unit again," that doesn't necessarily mean the two are back together as a couple. It sounds like they are learning how to be a family minus the romance. If there is any hope for them to reunite romantically, then they need to iron out all of their issues within themselves and as a family. That's what's most important for their relationship (if there is a future one) to succeed.

There are also rumors that the two will spend New Year's together in Las Vegas. "There's a chance she'll go with him," the source revealed. "Everyone — Kourtney included — would prefer he not do it [go to Vegas]. But it's something he has to do because he blew off so many appearances with them. He owes them. Kourtney understands it's part of the business side of things."

With all of that said, don't let my take on this discourage you if you really want Kourtney and Scott to finally become a couple once again. I mean, if Kris Jenner is praising Scott, then there's definitely a chance.
