Keeping up with movie theater trends is a very real struggle that doesn't get the sympathy it deserves — especially when it comes to awards season. What your friends are going to see, what the Academy is voting for, and what's available to you seem to be three completely different things. So, how can you possibly decide what you should be watching next? And how can you even possibly know what's been released on DVD if you haven't gotten up from your couch?
