6 Products Approved By Kim K To Help Hydrate Hair

by Kali Borovic

With winter in full swing, dry hair is hard to avoid. From the cold temperatures to the harsh elements, it can sometimes seem impossible to get hydrated hair, but thankfully one hair expert is here to share a few hydration tips. To combat winter dryness, Kim Kardashian only washes her twice a week, according to her app, and that's not her only tip for the season, either. Who knew saving time and looking great could make such a great pair?

Between running a social media empire, being a mother of two, and having multiple businesses, it only makes sense that this busy woman has some hair hacks up her sleeve. Despite what her healthy hair selfies might make you think, Kardashian doesn't wash her hair that often, and clearly it's paying off. According to her website, Kardashian wears hair masks instead of shampooing, so she can keep her hair hydrated during the winter.

"Keeping your hair shiny and soft in the winter can be difficult!" Kardashian says on her site. "I only shampoo it twice a week to prevent it from drying out. I also love using hydrating at-home hair masks."

It makes complete sense to me! Kardashian's beauty routine might be a bit extensive at times, but this beauty tip is completely on point.

Although some of the products she recommends are a tad bit pricey, they all have at least four out of five star reviews, so you know it must be worth it. Here are some of her favorites with proof that they must work wonders.

1. Olaplex No 3 Hair Perfector

According to the site, you'll only need to use this product once a week to get stronger hair.

I'm willing to guess this is what Kardashian uses to slick back her fabulous updos.

4. Carol's Daughter Repairing Hair Mask

If a mask is more your style, then this is the product for you. It's main goal is to repair your split and dried ends and help hair grow faster.

Kardashian's long hair looks just as healthy as her short hair, and this must be why.

5. Oribe Moisturizing Conditioner

The leave-in moisturizer packs in the hydrations while also doubling as a styling cream.

No wonder you never see any fly-aways wit Kardashian's styles!

6. Rodin Luxury Hair Oil

This is the most expensive product on the list, but unlike the others it's a hair oil instead of a mask. With eight essential oils, consider this your hair's daily dose of vitamins.
