There isn't much that Lady Gaga can't do. Whether she's slaying the scene at the Super Bowl with her insane rendition of the national anthem or garnering Golden Globes for her performance at the Countess in American Horror Story: Hotel. Now, Lady Gaga walked the Marc Jacobs Fall 2016 runway and looked gorgeous doing it! While I always knew her fashion prowess was insane, seeing her on the runway just solidified that while she may have made some questionable choices in the past, she's got the fashion game on lock now. Clearly, Marc Jacobs thinks so, too.
Seeing Gaga in the show actually shouldn't be that surprising. In fact, she just wore the designer in a big way. Gaga rocked Marc Jacobs on the 2016 Grammys red carpet. That gorgeous fitted, floor length jacket? Totally Marc Jacobs and insanely gorgeous. Plus, the singer and actress has rocked the designs before. Back in December, she was insanely cute in a pair of velvet loafers with martinis emblazoned on the tongue. She took the term martini loafers a bit literally, and it definitely worked.
Now, instead of just slaying in Marc's designs on red carpets and in her own time, she's taken to his runway.
Gaga looked stunning as she walked the Marc Jacobs Fall 2016 runway, and that all black ensemble is just as gorgeous as she is.
The beauty look for the day seemed to be an edgy amalgamation of '20s pin curl hair and smudgy goth eyes.
According to Women's Wear Daily, Gaga insisted on a backstage exactly like that of the other models. You can see that she's even having her hair and makeup done in the same room as her model peers.
Maybe it was some of the model mojo that rubbed off or maybe she's just a total killer no matter what she's doing, but Gaga looked gorgeous as she rounded the runway in a dramatic all-black, voluminous bottom ensemble.
It wasn't her only look, though. In a video captured on Instagram by Eva Chen, Gaga rocked a long trench with fur sleeves paired with a satin blouse with a billowing bow. As she walked, she gave off one hell of a super cool vibe.
By walking in Marc Jacobs' 2016 Fall Runway show, there's little doubt that Gaga has easily become a fashion staple. Whether she's pushing the boundaries on stage or rocking a fashion staple like a loafer, Gaga's fashion chops have seriously evolved, and I'm loving it.
