Gwen Stefani Just Made Us Really Jealous

If you were wondering what adorably lavish celebrity event you were missing out on this weekend, Gwen Stefani's baby shower is definitely on the list. The event was instagrammed heavily, and, well, now we're craving cake and meticulously-manicured brows. Dammit, Gwen Stefani.

One the scale of celebrity extravagance, it's important to note that Stefani's baby shower wasn't exactly Wolf Of Wall Street, RichKids Of Beverly Hills, or even Kendall Jenner's birthday party. But it certainly was nice.

The party took place at the Hotel Bel Air in the Wolfgang Puck Dining Room, and the fellow famous people in attendance included Gwyneth Paltrow, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie, and Chelsea Handler. They ate blue frosted donuts (dammit, now I'm hungry) in honor of Stefani's baby being, you guessed it, a boy. The cake-topper, as you can see in an Instagram photo (below), was a little round spherical thing that looked like the Jack-n-the-Box mascot. Of course, it was probably supposed to resemble a newborn baby's head. You can choose which of those would have been less creepy.

If you were a celebrity, what kind of lavish baby shower would you throw? I think if I were one I'd do my best to try to con Oprah into throwing one for me. "EVERYBODY GETS A BREAST PUMP!"
