Harvey From 'Sabrina' Is Still Totally Dreamy

It seems like you can't go a day without a news story announcing the return of another of your favorite '90s TV shows. Since Melissa Joan Hart told FABLife on Tuesday that she was about to go into a meeting to discuss the possible return of both her hit shows Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina The Teenage Witch , the Internet has been going crazy. While I love Clarissa Darling, I'm way more excited about the prospect of catching up with all of our faves from Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Since the show ended in 2003, fans of the show have remained fiercely loyal, and Salem's awesome quotes have lived on in GIF form. But one thing's for certain — if Sabrina The Teenage Witch returns, Harvey has to be involved, because he's the love of Sabrina's life! So what has Harvey from Sabrina The Teenage Witch been up to?

Thankfully, actor Nate Richert keeps his fans updated on social media. Since Sabrina The Teenage Witch ended, Richert has all but quit acting. His last role was in a short film called H-e-n-r-y released in 2006. Since then, he has been focussing on music. Described on CD Baby as "Rootsy Americana with a pinch of Folk Rock," the former actor has released albums as a solo artist and as part of a duo. Does this mean that Harvey won't be back for the rumored Sabrina The Teenage Witch revival?

While Richert has been working on his new career as a musician since Sabrina The Teenage Witch ended, he's still extremely supportive of the show. In February 2016, he tweeted about the series being released on DVD, and he also still makes appearances for fans of Sabrina The Teenage Witch at special events. Nate Richert is clearly still a fan of the much-loved series himself, and knows how beloved his character Harvey always was. Surely this means he'd return for a prospective reunion along with Melissa Joan Hart?

As Sabrina and Harvey ended up together in the series finale of Sabrina The Teenage Witch , it seems unlikely that the show would come back without Richert. I'm certainly holding out hopes that if a revival happens, Sabrina and Harvey will be happily married and living in an apartment somewhere with Salem, navigating adult life as only a no-longer teenage witch and her musician boyfriend can.

While we wait to hear more from Melissa Joan Hart about her meeting to discuss the possible revival of both Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina The Teenage Witch , I suggest we all remind Richert how much we love Harvey and need more of him in our lives.
