Kat Von D Will Release New Nude Lipsticks
Kat Von D may have made her name as a tattoo artist, but she's definitely blossoming into a full-on beauty entrepreneur. Her latest makeup win? New hues for her Studded Kiss Lipsticks, a cult favorite in the beauty world. According to her Instagram, Kat Von D will release nude Studded Kiss Lipsticks based on three hues from her Everlasting Liquid Lipstick line and I can guarantee they are going to be the best.
On her personal Instagram account, Kat Von D announced, "3 of my favourite Everlasting Liquid Lipstick nude shades are about to launch in the Studded Kiss formula in these limited edition silver components! #Lolita2 #DoubleDare and #Mother." While she didn't tease the colors, we can see the incredible, studded edgy metallic packaging that they'll come in, and for many fans, that's enough to be excited about.
We don't know when they launch just yet, but according to her Instagram, they're "coming soon" and will be limited-edition, meaning you'll have to grab them fast. If you're not familiar with her Studded Kiss lipstick formulation, it's a great option for those who don't like the drying effect of liquid lipsticks. As lipsticks, the Studded Kiss lipstick formulation is creamier, more hydrating, and easier to work, too. What's more, these nude-based shades are perfect for the warmer months to come.
The Lolita and Lolita 2 are dusty mauve colors that remind everyone of the 1990s It girls. Double Dare is a pinky nude, and Mother is a mauve pink. They're universally flattering shades and will be a great addition to your collection.
If you can't wait for them to be released, here are a few alternatives to tide you over until then.
