'Orange Is The New Black' Season 2 Premiere Announced, So Get Ready For More Prison Time

Break out your orange jumpsuit! (If you have one, I mean.) The phenomenal, quotable, and female-driven Netflix original series Orange Is The New Black is returning on June 6! We’ll finally get to see what Piper and her fellow inmates are up to in the long-awaited season two premiere. (Like, that would be waiting close to a year, you know?)

There aren’t any serious details about what’ll be going down at Litchfield Prisony this season, but we’re gonna pick up where we left off with our WASPy leading lady Piper Champan (Taylor Schilling) who was sent to jail for transporting drug money for her ex-lover, Alex (Laura Prepon — who, yes, WILL be returning, ohthankgod), and her other phenomenal cell-block cohorts like transgender stylist Sophia (LaVerne Cox), the Lady of The Kitchen, Red (Kate Mulgrew), hyper-devout Christian Pennsatucky (Taryn Manning) and Nicky Nichols (Natasha Lyonne).

The first season, which premiered last summer, was based off the memoir by Piper Kerman and her not-so-fun times in prison. If you haven’t seen the first season, you only have a couple of months to catch up, so you should prob catch up ASAP.

The entire season will air on Netflix on that fateful June day, which means BINGE WATCH PARTY TIME. But, the bigger question looms over my head still: what do you eat when you have a OITNB watch party? A sandwich with a bloody tampon?

(Anyway, check out the teaser.)
