Here's How Beyonce & Dquared2 Teamed Up Again

Together again! Beyoncé kicked off her Formation Tour on April 27 in Miami. For her opening number and during fans' first glimpse of the singer, she rocks a Victorian-inspired outfit, comprised of a black crystal-embroided bustier with puffed, velvet shoulders and embellished sleeves, a broad brim hat, and lace 'n' leather gloves. It is fierce AF and it is a custom piece because of course it is. Who designed Beyoncé's totally boss opening look on her Formation Tour? Well, it's a reprise for the singer, since it's a brand she has worked with recently.

Dsquared2 created the custom, head-to-toe ensemble, expertly fusing its signature aesthetic with Bey's strong, empowered image. It's the perfect execution of light and dark. The look also includes a tattoo-like lace bodysuit, which creates an embroidery effect on the skin. A crystal mesh fishnet bodysuit adds an element of light to what is otherwise a dark, brooding, and undeniably sexy presentation. The look is completed by ruffled and jeweled black ankle boots.

According to a press release Bustle received from Dsquared2's PR team, the brand also designed the complimentary looks worn by the singer's 20 female dancers. Because #synergy.

Remember Bey's leather jacket from her Super Bowl performance earlier this year? That warrior-like topper was also created by Squared2.

Clearly, she has found a designer capable of crafting performance-worthy pieces that are not only stylish but that also stand up to all her grooving and grinding.

"We are crazy about Beyoncé, and working with her to create this opening look for the Formation tour is such a huge thrill and honor," the brand's Dean and Dan Caten enthused in the press release.

The Catens continued, "The look tells a story, drawing from the motifs of our recent women’s runway collection while, at the same time, visualizing the powerful themes in her new music. It's really exciting to see it come to life on stage — especially since she opens the show in full Dsquared2."

The dancers rock a Victorian-style black lace bodysuit with leather and lace gloves, wide-brim hats, and ruffled capelets with bows at the neck.

Now we know "who" and what Bey and her dancers are wearing. But what will you wear to Beyonce's Formation Tour?
