Will Sephora Restock Urban Decay x Alice?

by Amy Sciarretto

The Urban Decay x Alice Through the Looking Glass eyeshadow palette and lipsticks have landed and are available for purchase. Don't trample all over one another while trying to nab the products, makeupistas and Beauty Junkies. There should be plenty to go around... for now! The new Alice-inspired Urban Decay collection, which follows 2010's instantly sold out Book of Shadows palette, is currently on sale via the Urban Decay site, as well as at Ulta and Sephora. Stock seems healthy at press time and I am wondering if the brand manufactured more product this time out in order to meet expected high demand, thus keeping customers happy.

That said, given the mania that surrounded the brand x film collaboration the first time, I am expecting this new collection, with adds five color-drenched lippies inspired by the main characters, to continue to fly off physical and digital shelves.

However, since Urban Decay x Alice is a limited edition collection, timed with the May 27 release of the film, it's only logical to wonder if (and how often) the collection will be restocked at any point upon selling out at Sephora.

According to a post on the Trend Mood Instagram, the UD x Alice stock was already replenished at the Sephora site. The caption emphatically reads: "It's BACK NOW Online @sephora !!!!!!"

Bustle reached out to Urban Decay's PR team for information regarding future restocks at Sephora. We will let you know if/when and what we hear back.

UPDATE: Urban Decay reps told Bustle that "once it's sold out, it's sold out for good."

Isn't everything about this collection absolutely gorgeous and insanely wearable? The colors are so adventurous but they aren't too "out there," so you can wear most of the shades all day, every day, and any day. You might not be able to pull off the blue lipstick at the office, but everything else is fair game, right?

Plus, it's Urban Decay, so you know the quality of the shadows and the lippies is primo. For $60, you have so many shade choices and can create endless eye makeup looks, which justifies the price. I think that's a fair amount for so many colors.

Of course I cannot help but wonder what the Sephora restock plan is upon future sellouts. We'll update you as we learn more. But don't delay. Stock is available, so you may as well grab while the grabbin' is good. This collection is too rad to snooze on.
