These 'Neighbors 2' Cameos Are Insane

If you're seeing a movie that stars Seth Rogen in the lead role, you can bet that it will also feature plenty of celebrity cameos. Practically every film made with Rogen playing its main character also includes at least half a dozen A-list stars making minor appearances — just think about all the stars that showed up in This is the End, The Night Before, or The Interview. Happily, the actor's newest film is no exception. The celeb cameos in Neighbors 2 are major, and while there are a few less star appearances than there were in the first movie, which featured everyone from Andy Samberg to Adam DeVine, they're no less great.

Whether it's a superstar singer appearing as a sorority president or a former Friends star reprising her role from the original film, the celeb cameos in Neighbors 2 are so, so good. The movie may truly belong to stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, and Chloe Grace Moretz, but the game celebs who show up in brief cameos or tiny supporting roles are just as fun to witness. Below are the nine surprising stars who make Neighbors 2 a celeb-filled extravaganza. A few minor spoilers ahead!

1. Selena Gomez

Gomez briefly appears at the beginning and the end of the movie, playing Madison, the perky but fierce president of Phi Lambda, the sorority Shelby (Moretz) originally considers rushing. It's a small role, but Gomez is great in it.

2. LL Cool J

Sadly, the rapper's cameo only appears in the trailers (skip to 1:37 in the one above), not the actual movie. This is a real shame, considering audiences will never get to see him play with dildos and humiliate his teenage daughter.

3. Billy Eichner

The Billy on the Street host makes a hilarious appearance as Oliver, the realtor who helps Shelby and her friends rent a sorority house.

4. Abbi Jacobson

One half of the Broad City team appears as a woman looking to buy Mac (Rogen) and Kelly's (Byrne) house. And her husband is played by...

5. Sam Richardson

Richardson, a Veep star, provides plenty of laughs as one-half of the couple potentially taking over the house.

6. Hannibal Buress

The comedian makes a brief, fantastic cameo as an, um, passionate police officer working alongside Jerrod Carmichael's Garf.

7. Lisa Kudrow

The legendary TV star reprises her role from the original of Dean Carol Gladstone, who informs Mac and Kelly that the university can't stop the sorority from growing bigger.

8. Kelsey Grammer

Yes, the Frasier star has a minor role as Shelby's dad, who tries and fails to convince her to move back into the dorms.

9. Kyle Mooney

The SNL cast member steals the show as an R.A. who busts Shelby and her friends for smoking weed in the dorm, one of the events that causes them to consider moving into their own, party-filled sorority house.
