JoJo & 5H Will Tour Together This Summer

by Kristie Rohwedder

Uh, is The 7/27 Tour going to be perfect, or is The 7/27 Tour going to be perfect? Late Monday evening, Ally Brooke Hernandez, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane Hansen, Camila Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui tweet-nounced something that all but made me log roll right off the couch: Fifth Harmony and JoJo will tour together. Get out! Right now! That news is too good to be! In the quick-n-charming video, the "Work From Home" quintet excitedly revealed that the powerhouse vocalist will join them on the road this summer. So if you're a fan of great pop from the '00s and the '10s, a) I am right there with you, and b) this tour will treat you right and won't be a waste of time.

In 2004, JoJo catapulted onto the music scene with the indisputable piece of pop goodness that is debut single “Leave (Get Out)," and at the age of 13, she became the youngest solo artist to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Top 40 chart. Fast-forward to the end of 2015: Nearly one decade after her last full-length album dropped, JoJo released a handful of fresh jams, including the tremendous track that is "When Love Hurts." Her long-awaited comeback was in the works.

And now her comeback plan includes joining the ladies of 5H onstage? Be still my heart!

This magical tour lineup begs one extremely important, piping hot question: Will there be a mashup of JoJo's "Not That Kinda Girl" and 5H's "Not That Kinda Girl"?

Because that would most certainly make me log roll off of the couch.
