The Best Kanye "Famous" Memes

by Courtney Lindley

Those of us who live our life around what controversial move Kanye West will pull next can now die happy. West premiered the highly anticipated music video visual for "Famous" on Friday night. (Oh, this just in, they are being called "visuals" now.) The visual features a group of very famous, very naked sleeping celebrities, and though it's unclear at this point which of them are real and which are wax and/or CGI, it depicted West, Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Caitlyn Jenner, Amber Rose, Anna Wintour, Ray J, Bill Cosby, Donald Trump, and George Bush. As you can imagine, a music video with West's name on it that includes a bevy of nude (wax?) celeb figures has inspired a whole lotta memes. And honestly, I have to say, the resulting Kanye West Famous memes will make you feel less alone as you try to reconcile everything you thought you knew about music videos.

Is this the most Kanye thing Kanye's ever done? Did he out-Kanye himself? The artist did tell Vanity Fair that “It’s not in support or anti any of [the people in the video]. It’s a comment on fame.” He also made a point to mention that other celebrity friends of his actually wanted to be in the video. Which is a very Kanye thing for Kanye to say. My head hurts.

On to the memes.
