Alex Is Keeping Busy Post-'Bachelorette'
This season of The Bachelorette is winding down as JoJo continues to eliminate suitors in order to find the man she hopes to spend the rest of her life with, so you know what that means: It's time to start checking in on all our faves to see how they're holding up post-Bachelorette. This time, it's Alex Woytkiw, our favorite U.S. Marine. So, what's Alex doing after The Bachelorette ? Mostly, it seems he's gotten back to life as usual.
First off, let's look back at Alex's time on The Bachelorette, since he's become one of the more notorious cast members on Season 12. Alex first caught viewers' eyes when he was introduced as the Marine with a heart of gold, but many may have since been turned off by his feud with Chad Johnson (the villain to put all other potential villains to shame on this season of The Bachelorette). However, while he may have rallied the other suitors against Chad — and eventually helped convince JoJo to eliminate Chad — Alex's honesty and bully tendencies have continued, making him a contestant you either love or love to hate. Either way, you may be interested in what he's up to post-Bachelorette, so here's what he's got going on.
He's Still Feuding With Chad
Since it seems these boys still can't stand each other, Alex and Chad have taken their feud to social media. Fans may be entertained by the continued feud — while others may be down right over it.
Hanging Out with Bachelorette Friends
But, Alex's time on The Bachelorette isn't entirely characterized by his antagonistic feelings toward Chad since he also made some friends along the way. In fact, Alex recently spent the Fourth of July with fellow contestant Robby Hayes.
He's Now A Former U.S. Marine
In big life news, Alex tweeted that he's finished serving as a Marine. Although he doesn't say what's next for him, hopefully he'll keep his fans updated.
He's (Probably) Not Headed to Paradise
Fans of The Bachelorette may have hoped to see Alex on Bachelor in Paradise (that is, if he doesn't win JoJo's heart), but if we're going by social media presence during the time the Bachelor spinoff filmed — which was likely in June — then it doesn't appear Alex will make another bid for love in paradise since he was active on both Twitter and Instagram during that time.
Live-tweeting The Bachelorette
Speaking of his social media presence, Alex regularly live-tweets The Bachelorette and offers his own special commentary on the show.
Hanging With Dogs
There are so many dogs on Alex's Instagram that I'm jealous of his life filled with so many dogs, you guys.
Spending Time With His Twin
Since being home, Alex has gone back to spending plenty of time with his twin, Adam, and Adam's wife Sarah.
Golfing With His Mom
But, Alex's twin and sister-in-law aren't the only family members he's been spending time with. He also recently went golfing with his mom.
So, if there's something to be said for Alex's post-Bachelorette time, I think it's safe to say he's been keeping busy. Still, I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't wait to see what he'll do next.
