Adam Lambert's Touring With These Legends Soon

by Alanna Bennett

If you're wondering which tour this summer's gonna claim the monopoly on falsetto, aging rockers, and American Idol alums, there is but one: Adam Lambert and Queen's Brian May and Roger Taylor are touring together this summer, and it's bound to be a great show.

You can most recently see Lambert on Glee, stealing scenes with a voice built for the sort of legendary rock hits Queen provided the world.

There is no replacing Freddie Mercury (except in the casting calls), but there's also no denying Lambert's a hell of a dynamic performer, and that dynamism is required when taking on the musical catalog racked up by Taylor and May. As Taylor told Rolling Stone, "Adam is the most incredible frontman. He's a great diva, and I mean that in the best possible way. We need that theatrically."
