KathleenLights x Makeup Geek Palette Is A Hit

The KathleenLights x Makeup Geek Highlighter Palette release date has come and gone, my friends. The trio of shimmery goodness is finally out there for the beauty world to have. If you're still looking to get your hands on the cheek shine kit, then you're in luck. There's still time to shop, but I wouldn't wait forever.

In case you missed it, Kathleen Fuentes has teamed up with Makeup Geek to help design the company's first ever highlighters. It's a brand new formula from the cosmetic company with handpicked colors from the YouTube beauty vlogger herself. In the palette, you'll get three gorgeous shimmery shades — Nightlight, Starlight, and Sunlight — that are designed to work on many skin tones. The swatches are gorgeous, the packaging is every bit as sparkly as the products, and it's all available right now on the Makeup Geek site.

Seems too good to be true, right? Well, it is. Unfortunately the palette will only be around for a limited time. While the site says that they aren't sold out just yet, I wouldn't wait too long to get your hands on one. Fuentes made it clear that once these gorgeous trios are gone, they's not coming back.

How stunning are those swatches! If that's not enough to get you to buy, then I don't know what is. Although some of the shades look a bit dark, Fuentes has shown how to use them as eyeshadow and bronzer topper on her site. So basically, you're getting way more than just a highlighter palette.

The only downside of the palette is that it costs $39. While it's not completely high-end pricing, it's a bit highter than her past collabs. She's come up with multiple lip and eye products for ColourPop, and they're all been under $10. But if you break down the Makeup Geek collab, it comes out to about $13 a highlight, which is still pretty affordable.
