Pizza Hut's Grilled Cheese Stuffed Pizza Crust Is A Gift To All Cheese Kind
It was widely believed that there was no way to improve upon the perfection that is pizza. Well, that kind of thinking is clearly outdated and archaic, because Pizza Hut grilled cheese stuffed pizza crust just came on the market and will be sending our pizzas into the great future and beyond. Luckily, the good people of the Hut know that there are innovations to be made.
This new Pizza Hut creation will be your go-to late night order after a night out or a rainy day in. Kick back and enjoy the delicious extra gooey cheddar and mozzarella cheese stuffed crust with cheese baked into it for the extra "umph". Basically, you never have to decide whether you want a grilled cheese or a pizza ever again. That's the kind of world we live in now. Be thankful. All you will need is a bowl of tomato soup and it's basically a home-cooked meal in a box.
All I can imagine is biting into a slice the morning after. Cold pizza, especially cold grilled cheese pizza, is delicious the morning after. As a cheese lover and guru I approve. Just behold the majesty of it with your own eyes:
The technical term for what you are seeing is a "cheese bridge". I don't know if it is something chefs refer to officially, but I personally make it part of my culinary vocabulary. Thus, that official photo above sure has one nice cheese bridge. Yummers. People on the internet are reacting as well — the news might be bigger than the Brangelina drama!
And for those who wanted to see the pizza in action...
If you are on a budget, you can always try to make one of these pizzas at home. Just buy some extra nice dough from a local pizza shop or your supermarket and stuff cheese into the crust before baking. Again, I recommend heating up a bowl of tomato soup as a side or dipping sauce.
So here is to Pizza Hut make strides in pizza-innovation, or pizzavation for short. If they weren't doing it, how would we ever enjoy an amazingly stuffed pizza in 2016? Keep on plucking away at the formula, pizza taste makers — we are counting on you.
