Though it was originally reported that the results of Glee star Cory Monteith's autopsy would not be available for weeks, the British Columbia Coroner said that his death was a result of heroin and alcohol use, The Wrap reports. Thirty-one-year-old Monteith, who recently completed a rehabilitation program, was found dead in his hotel room on Saturday.
