Concierge At Kim Kardashian’s Apartment During Robbery Allegedly Issues A Statement That Is Confusing Police
It's been days since Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint, but there still aren't any clear answers about what exactly happened that allowed her attackers to access her apartment. And now, an alleged statement given by the concierge who was working in the building at the time is reportedly making the situation even more confusing. According to a new report from Us Weekly, Paris police are baffled by Kardashian's concierge's story of what happened the night of her robbery, and it's raising even more questions about who could have been involved in the attack.
Bustle has reached out to the Paris Police Prefecture for comment on this new report, but has not yet received a response. The Paris Police Prefecture previously told Bustle in regards to the robbery: "We are not able to respond to your request because a judicial inquiry is opened only the Paris Prosecutor's office which can communicate to the press and the public and to not interfere with ongoing investigations."
A source allegedly close to the investigation told the magazine that unnamed concierge's account of Monday's events is just not adding up — especially the part about the concierge being able to unlock Kardashian's apartment at all. Allegedly, the concierge says the robbers said that they needed to see her in regards to an "urgent" matter before holding him at gunpoint until he unlocked her door. That story falls in line with earlier reports that have emerged about the incident, but, allegedly, it makes it seem like the concierge would have been able to get into the apartment when that reportedly probably wouldn't have been the case.
The source claimed:
So far, this information has yet to be confirmed by police, so at this point, it's all speculation. Hopefully, investigators are able to get down to the bottom of this soon so that Kardashian is able to find some peace and move on from what has to have been a traumatizing experience for her.
