Rob Kardashian Is Under Criminal Investigation

There is more drama in Rob Kardashian's life, but this time it's not the type Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans are used to. According to Us Weekly, Rob Kardashian is under criminal investigation for allegedly threatening a singer named Pilot Jones. The LAPD's Media Relations PIO Officer, Tony Im, confirmed with the publication that "a report of criminal threats naming Rob Kardashian as a suspect" was filed on Wednesday. Im also told Us Weekly, "Threat management is aware and looking into it this afternoon. At this time we have no other details." Bustle has reached out to the LAPD and reps for Kardashian and Chyna; Jones could not be reached for comment at this time.

According to multiple reports, the alleged threat came after a photo surfaced online that allegedly shows Blac Chyna and Jones kissing. The Sun reports that Chyna and Jones are believed to have dated before she got together with Kardashian, but notes that it's unclear when the photo at hand was taken. TMZ reports that Kardashian allegedly threatened Jones via text message and claims that one of the alleged texts read, "Leave my wife alone. I'm not playing with you."

TMZ also reports: "Our law enforcement sources say, there are other texts in which Rob generally threatens Pilot with physical harm if he doesn't stay away from Blac Chyna, although as one source says, the threat is 'a little murky and general.'"

TMZ reports that the LAPD's Threat Management Unit is the one investigating Kardashian.

On Thursday, Chyna released a lengthy comment on Instagram in regards to the photo, which reads in part,

Ok let's state facts !!!I been quiet for too long!!!So JC Pilot Jones whatever the f*ck his name is has already tried to put out a story saying that he's the potential father of my child really N*gga ?!?!?!Let me start off by saying this young man Is "GAY" !!! The only reason we took those pictures other than me trying to be a good friend was so he could send it to his boyfriend to make him like jealous & say that he's going back to girls! Mind you at the time I THOUGHT THIS WAS MY FRIEND and I didn't see a problem with it!!! This was over two years ago people !!! I never had sex with him ! NEVER EVER! Nothing ever happened past these pics.

In her comment, Chyna does not mention the investigation of Kardashian.
