In Honor of Her BDay: Kristen Bell's Best Looks

Is there anyone who can match Kristen in terms of sheer lovability? She captured our hearts as the titular teen sleuth on Veronica Mars, broke our hearts as the ever-so-mean (and incidentally also titular) ex in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and won our hearts once more in this winter's smash-hit Frozen. Heck, she was even the bright light that made the reprehensible season 2 of Heroes even partially bearable!

What with Frozen and the infamously-Kickstarted Veronica Mars movie right in the rear view mirror, her career has been experiencing something of a resurgence — and I for one couldn't be happier. Because guess what? Besides being wildly talented, adorable, and hilarious (not to mention a great singer/an actual Disney Princess), Kristen always knows how to make a statement with her fashion, and the more red carpets she walks, the better. Because whether it's with a punchy mini (which is often her M.O. — fitting as she's quite petite at 5'1"), or a floor-grazing gauzy ball gown, she always looks utterly chic.

Midis are tricky to pull off, but Kristen's doing it here to perfection! (Also, the snow-like detailing on her bodice is adorably on-theme).

9. In Herve Leger

I'm not always a fan of Herve Leger, but this forest green number looks absolutely fabulous here.

8. In Sachin + Babi (again)

Her casual looks are on par with (if not better) than her formal looks! She might just have been one of the best dressed stars at PaleyFest.

7. In Zuhair Murad

Kristen sure brought the drama at this year's Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Though, to be fair, it's not exactly original — this dress is a dead ringer for the one January Jones wore to the Golden Globes back in 2011.

No one does a bright, high-impact mini dress like Kristen.
