J. Crew Collaborates With Indie Designers For A New Fine Jewelry Line That's Seriously Sensational

NEW YORK - NOVEMBER 23: People walk by the apparel retailer J. Crew on November 23, 2010 in New York City. In a $3 billion deal, J. Crew Group Inc. is close to an agreement to be acquired by two private equity firms. After news of the potential deal was announced J.Crew shares surged more than 16%. Between the company's recent collaborations and additional sizes to cater to various customers, J.Crew's been a top name in fashion news of late and the new fine jewelry line that launched Wednesday, July 23 is just another thing to buzz over. Sophia Webster and J. Crew's shoe collaboration in April was pure perfection for shoe lovers everywhere and now this J. Crew fine jewelry line will have accessory fiends rejoicing. J. Crew has teamed up with independent designers — like Catbird, Jennifer Fisher, and Lulu Frost — to create unique 14K gold, rose gold, pearl and engravable pieces that are already available online for purchase.

The pieces in the collection have a pretty serious price range — from $44 to $3,100 — so basically everyone can get a little piece of this J. Crew-does-indie magic. At the low end of the scale are some simple pearl studs, with a 14 karat gold necklace topping off the collection with the biggest price tag. The multi-designer collab is pretty massive, so if you don't feel like clicking through all the pieces on the website, check out some of my favorites below first to get your jewelry juices flowing.
