She Was Too Hungover to Deal with Kimye

Ah, the Kimye wedding. It was the biggest marital event since the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. It was an event so massive and so sacred that the Internet waited with bated breath for the first distant, blurry photograph of Kimye's wedding. It was a day that will live in infamy, basically. However, while we might have been willing to sacrifice maybe a year of iTunes just to get an invite to that wedding, there was one person in attendance who probably would have much preferred to be at home in bed with a glass of water, a bottle of aspirin, and all of the shades closed. That person was Khloe Kardashian. During her Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance, Kim Kardashian revealed that Khloe Kardashian was hungover the day of the wedding and that was honestly the most interesting of the confessions she made.

At this point, we can at least superficially say we know as much about the Kimye wedding as we can without having actually been there. We've seen all the pictures. We've heard all the theories and stories. In that respect, Kim didn't tell us anything else that we didn't already know. Apparently, the lowest point of the wedding was last minute no-show guests who "threw arrangements — in particular the pre-engraving of guests' names in a massive marble tabletop — into chaos".

Aside from giving us hilarious images of Kim spray painting over the words BEYONCÉ and JAY Z hours before she was set to get married, we probably could have guessed that common wedding issue. The fact that Khloe Kardashian spent the ceremony hungover is a new and hilarious tidbit. "I think everyone just had such a good time at Versailles that they drank too much," said Kim. "Khloe drank a little too much the night before and I had to wake her up. She was laying down and getting her makeup done while she was sleeping, she was so hungover!"

To be perfectly honest, Kim should have seen such a thing coming. It's practically a requirement for at least one bridesmaid to get a little too drunk on the big day. In fact, she should have been happy that Khloe got drunk without doing any of the following:

Destroying any of the wedding pieces

Curing the hangover with more alcohol

Cursing out any of their relatives

Interrupting the vows

Hooking up with someone she'll regret later

Making this wedding about her

Partying a little too early

In hindsight, it could have been a lot worse.
