HBO Releases Trailer for 'On The Run Tour' Special

For those of us who are not fortunate enough to see Beyonce and Jay Z in person on their On The Run Tour, HBO has created a way for fans to experience the magic by airing the concert on TV. After also spreading word that they’d be airing Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter World Tour prior to this, it’s clear that the network loves Bey and Jay Z just as much as the rest of the human race does. Now, HBO has released an official trailer for the On The Run Tour that will leave all of us in anticipation for what is sure to be a spectacular TV spectacle.

I’ll admit that the trailer isn’t as fierce as some of the previous ones I’ve seen highlighting the couple’s tour, but it’s still just as sexy as you’d expect it to be. After all, we are talking about Queen Bey here.

Beginning in black and white with Jay Z smoking a cigar and Beyonce singing Cher’s Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) to him in a glorious evening gown — that only she could pull off — the video will definitely give you an adrenaline rush. And after only revealing tidbits of the couple’s tour after this seductive and mysterious scene, you will probably go insane knowing you now have to wait an entire month before you can finally watch this HBO special.
