His Wedding's Going To Be A Rager

Someone plans on taking plenty of tequila shots at their wedding reception. We've been on George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin wedding watch since they announced their engagement in May. And, following Clooney's announcement that they'd be married in Venice, Italy, another detail about their impending nuptials emerged. On Wednesday afternoon, supermodel Cindy Crawford's husband and Clooney's business partner, Rande Gerber, was photographed loading 100 cases of Casamigos Tequila onto a plane destined for Italy. Apparently, the former Forever Bachelor plans on getting himself and his wedding guests very, very drunk at the reception. Well, either that or he's planning on supplying a small army with his own Casamigos tequila.

People reports that Gerber loaded 100 cases of "award-winning Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo tequila" onto a plane headed to Italy from California. And that all of that tequila is destined to be consumed by the bride-and-groom-to-be and their wedding guests once the "I do"s are squared away. So, what does that say about the impending Clooney-Alamuddin nuptials? Well, first, that everyone on this planet and the next will be wishing they got an invite to what truly is the wedding of the Last Single Guy (sorry, Carrie Bradshaw, your thunder has been stolen). And also these few things:

They're BFFs and business partners — obviously Gerber and Crawford will be in attendance. The guy loaded 100 cases of tequila onto a plane for Clooney, he totally got an invite and a plus one for that.

Clooney's Going To Get Wasted

I mean, what else could he possibly need 100 CASES of tequila for?

Brad Pitt Isn't The Best Man

Providing the booze for the groom-to-be seems like something the best man would do — especially if this tequila is going to partially fuel Clooney's last night as the bachelor we know and love. Also, Brad Pitt is currently on his own honeymoon with Angelina Jolie and filming their new movie, By the Sea. So, while he was probably Clooney's first choice, he's most likely unavailable.
