The Originals premieres Monday Oct 6 on the CW and the main concern here is the return of one Klaus Mikaelson. Though Klaroline fans begrudge the spinoff for ruining their 'ship, The Originals seems to have done well for Joseph Morgan and his ruthless character. It's a tall order, for sure. Morgan once described Klaus to to TVLine, as being “… not so good with allies, is he? He doesn’t play well with others. He’s good at temporary allies, like allies for an episode or two and then the old stab-in-the-back or whatever. He works with other people, but there’s no sort of fast ally that he has that’s solid there for him from the beginning to the end. He fluctuates. When it suits him, he allies himself with other people. When it doesn’t, he’s the first one to jump ship.”
