Ryan Knight's Autopsy Results Have Been Released

Many fans of MTV's The Real World are still reeling from the tragic death of Ryan Knight, who passed away suddenly on Thanksgiving morning this week at the age of 29. Up until now, details surrounding his passing have been unclear, though some reports from sites like TMZ alleged that Knight may have been partying the night before his death. Unfortunately, it seems like the official autopsy report isn't giving any clearer of an answer just yet: According to TMZ, an autopsy revealed no immediate cause of death for the 29-year-old. Police say that pending toxicology results are the only way to ascertain exactly what caused Knight's passing.

In addition to that update, police who made an effort to revive the reality star upon finding him at the home of a friend did disclose that Knight was allegedly experiencing stomach problems in the days before he died. Reportedly, those claims were corroborated by his father, who says his son had indeed mentioned having stomach troubles over the past couple of days.

Knight was best known for his appearance on 2010's The Real World: New Orleans, and he subsequently made some appearances on MTV's The Challenge as well. The tragic news of his passing comes just two weeks after his close friend and fellow The Challenge contestant Diem Brown passed away from ovarian cancer at the age of 32.
