Cara Delevingne, Amy Schumer, & 11 More Celebs We’re Excited About in 2015
While you may be sad to see 2014 come to an end, there are plenty of reasons to get excited about 2015. One major reason? The premiere of John Green's book-turned-movie Paper Towns . It's bound to be one of the biggest blockbusters of 2015. That's why Cara Delevingne is on this list of celebs to look out for in 2015, along with her co-star Nat Wolff. Sure, Delevingne was undeniably popular this past year, but I think next year will really be her time to shine. Same goes for the rest of the people on this list, who either are starting exciting projects or finally getting the attention they deserve!
While 2014 was the year of Taylor Swift, 2015 is fair game, and may very well belong to one of these 13 celebs.
Meghan Trainor
If “All About That Bass” was any indication, Meghan Trainor is just starting a successful music career. I can’t wait to see what other hits she debuts in the new year. The girl really can sing!
Gina Rodriguez
If you haven’t started watching Jane the Virgin yet, the show’s winter hiatus is the perfect time to catch up. If you don’t want to take my word for it (although the show is hilarious, suspenseful, and all around awesome), the fact that it’s nominated for Golden Globes is pretty self explanatory. Lead actress Gina Rodriguez scored a nom herself, and will likely be a standout star in 2015.
Stephen Colbert
Now that The Colbert Report is officially over, we’ll have to wait until the late summer to see Stephen Colbert back on late night TV. But I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait to see him conquer his new role hosting The Late Show.
Cara Delevingne
Sure, Cara Delevingne was everywhere this year, but 2015 is a big deal, since she’s starring in Paper Towns . Based on the overwhelming success of The Fault in Our Stars , it’s expected that this John Green movie adaptation will be equally popular. (Plus, as someone who read the book, I can vouch that it’s a fantastic story!)
Nat Wolff
Speaking of Paper Towns, Nat Wolff stars as the lead in John Green’s book-turned-movie. If he looks familiar, that’s because he played Isaac in TFIOS … or you may remember him from that Nickelodeon show The Naked Brothers Band.
Reign Aston Disick
So far, we’ve only seen the fingers of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s third baby. But in 2015, I’m sure there will be a special episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians showing his birth, as well as occasional cameos on the show.

Blake Lively
Blake Lively will give birth to her and Ryan Reynolds’ baby at some point in 2015. It’s bound to be adorable! Then in April, she stars in the movie The Age of Adaline , her first role since Gossip Girl ended.
Jamie Dornan
Fifty Shades of Grey hits theaters in February. With Jamie Dornan starring as Christian Grey, it seems like 2015 will be a big year for him.
Amy Schumer
Not only is Amy Schumer hosting the MTV Movie Awards, she’s starring in a movie herself. Her first feature film role will be Judd Apatow’s Trainwreck which she co-wrote with the director.
Hailee Steinfeld
This actress, who just turned 18, will be making her debut as a Barden Bella in the Pitch Perfect sequel. She seems like a great addition to the cast! Plus, it’s been reported that Steinfeld’s character is a freshman, in the hopes that she could star in future movies in the series.
Carly Rae Jepsen
Perhaps the most anticipated part of 2015? A new single from Carly Rae Jepsen, aka “Call Me Maybe” Part 2. I have high expectations!
Tina Fey & Amy Poehler
In addition to hosting the 2015 Golden Globes, these real life BFFs are starring in a movie together. The comedy Sisters premieres in December 2015, and knowing these two, it’s bound to be hilarious.
