Which Shows Will Kendall Jenner Walk In At NYFW?

by Rosie Narasaki

There are a lot of reasons to get excited for New York Fashion Week, and one of the many is the existence of the second youngest Kardashian (or Jenner, rather) sister. She kind of won last fashion month back in September, with appearances on New York, London, Milan, and Paris runways. I mean, sure, she got hazed a little backstage, but I'm thinking the benefits far outweigh the costs in this, and one of her fellow models, Arisce Wanzer — who penned a viral open letter to Kendall — would definitely agree (and then some). Anyway, it's almost guaranteed that Kendall Jenner will be at New York Fashion Week again this season (especially after making the Models.com Top 50 list, along with fellow reality child Gigi Hadid) — the only question is, which shows?

Now — full disclosure — I don't know exactly which runways she'll be walking in this year (nothing is confirmed thus far), but it's not too hard to make a few educated guesses, based on her past runway appearances, designer friends and/or endorsements. So, without further ado, here are all the shows Ms. Jenner will (most likely) be making appearances at. First up? Why of course it's...

Marc Jacobs

Kendall made major waves when she made her first semi-topless appearance at Marc Jacobs last fall, and I'm thinking both she and the creative team over and Marc Jacobs will be looking to repeat history with another viral appearance.

When you work a sheer, star-spangled cape-y caftan-y thing like that with as much aplomb as she did, they ask you back again. Just my (non)professional opinion. Oh, and those star-shaped temporary tattoos were pretty cool too.

Another designer/model collaboration that bears repeating, eh? That wind machine-worthy hair game is really something else.

I'm thinking Donna Karan will ask Kendall back as well.

Sherri Hill

Kendall might have outgrown prom dress brand Sherri Hill, but it is the very first New York Fashion Week runway she walked, so perhaps if she's feeling nostalgic...

So that's just a start — Kendall will likely be walking in even more shows than her last fashion week, given her rising star status and overall success. What runways are you looking forward to seeing her stomp?
