Kate Upton Slays In 'The Edit'

by Jessica Willingham

Kate Upton's editorial spread for Net-A-Porter's The Edit is as high fashion as it gets. She graces the magazine in nothing but black and white ensembles from the likes of labels like Victoria Beckham, Marni, and Roland Mouret. She looks totally at ease, proving she deserves a seat on the lap of luxury.

According to Popsugar, the fun and funny model has quite the evolving taste when it comes to fashion. Although she looks every bit the supermodel in this spread, she didn't always feel so on-trend. She revealed how she revamped her look.

"I knew nothing about fashion. I knew about rainbow flip-flops, and that's about it! So I'd look everyone up, see which other people they'd shot and what their style was, to be as prepared as possible," she said.

These days, Lanvin, Narciso Rodriguez, Stella McCartney, Saint Laurent, and a "really good Chanel moment" exist in Kate's closet, according to Popsugar. She's always upping the ante, proving her worth in the fashion world. At just 22, I'd say she's killing it. She did earn the coveted People's Sexiest Woman Alive, and just in case we forgot, this editorial reminds us why she deserves every spread, award, and campaign to her name.
