Asking me to choose whether I prefer beer over wine is like asking me to choose which one of my cats I like best. But there are few things more satisfying than drinking a nice, cold beer on a hot day — and on National Beer Day. An unofficial holiday, National Beer Day is celebrated on April 7 (with New Beer's Eve toasted to on April 6) to honor the end of American Prohibition. And while I'm sure a lot of bottles, cans, and drafts will be consumed this weekend, you can also celebrate this beer-inspired holiday by whipping up one of these delectable beer recipes.
