Yes, that Elle Fanning — the previously pint-sized actress who's wispy blonde hair and baby blue eyes first graced movie screens when she was only three. Dakota's little sister is 17, aka, officially old enough to drive, see the R-rated movies she's starred in, and be interviewed by the police without an adult present (yeah, I had to Google that one...).
