Bella Looks Lovely In Lilly Pulitzer for Target

Budding fashion icon Bella Thorne wore Lilly Pulitzer for Target to the line's launch party in New York tonight, and even though her style tends to be a bit more trendy, she actually looked on point in the yellow, green, and pink floral frock. Garden party, anyone? Because Bella's ready.

Alongside celebs including Kate Bosworth, Camila Alves, Emmy Rossum, and Kimmy Schmidt (I mean, Ellie Kemper,) Bella looked sunny and youthful with an edge. Her ladylike shift dress looked like it had been shortened, and I think that was actually a great touch. A shorter hemline paired with a higher neckline shows just enough skin and legs for days. (Oh, and Ellie was sporting a fabulous new lob and bangs, so there's your hair news for the day.)

I admit, Lilly Pulitzer has never been my favorite fashion brand — I'm just not that dainty or preppy, and I wouldn't have thought Bella would be either. But after seeing her in this dress, I'm reconsidering my aversion to the fresh prints and ladylike silhouettes. Maybe I should be among the hordes of ladies trying to get their hands on something from the Target collection on April 19. Hey, can't hurt to expand my fashion horizons, right? If Bella can, I can.
