Jessica Alba's Printed Pants Will Inspire You

by Kali Borovic

I love to see celebs rocking fashion for a good cause! Jessica Alba sported printed pants that were as head-turning as they were charitable. According to SELF, the actress stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday in the black and white pants from Rosario Dawson's new eco-friendly line of clothing and accessories, called Studio One Eighty Nine. The handmade brand was created by Dawson to support work opportunities for artisans in Africa, so it was no surprise that pal Alba, who is also known for her all-natural lifestyle, decided to support the collection.

Studio One Eighty Nine uses eco-friendly material including vegan leather and recycled glass beads to create jewelry, clothing and bags. The beautifully crafted line puts a unique spin on everyday trends. From bold beading to simple sling bags, this line will keeping you looking great and feeling no sign of buyer's remorse.

Alba, co-founder of the toxin-free product line The Honest Company, is an open advocate for healthy living, so hitting the streets in an eco-friendly line was pretty much a no-brainer for the actress. She paired the black and white printed pants with a black tank under a blazer for a casually chic look, which she completed with her naturally wavy bob and subtle pink lip. Talk about flawless!

But Alba didn't stop her stylish support on the streets of LA. She attended the Studio One Eighty Nine launch event on Thursday night. Alba and Dawson, both wearing the line, posed for a picture that showed off the amazing detail of the collection. From the trendy tassels on Alba's pants to Dawson's simply sophisticated bracelet, the two served as a fitting advertisement for the lovely range.

Pieces of the Studio One Eight Nine line, including Alba's printed pants and Dawson's bracelet are available online and at Opening Ceremony. Also available online are men's clothing and a small home and travel collection. The website, which reflects the bold and bright style of the label, shows the story of the artisans behind the pieces.
