Prince William's Spotted After The Royal Birth

by Tanya Ghahremani

ICYMI, on Saturday, May 2, the world was blessed with a new royal baby to fawn and obsess over: As Kensington Palace confirmed on Twitter, Kate Middleton gave birth to a baby girl at 8:34 AM BST, at St. Mary's Hospital in west London. According to their statement, Middleton and her second child are in good health, and Prince William was present for the birth. While details are still vague at the moment — the new princess' name has not yet been released, for instance — updates are slowly beginning to trickle out of England's capital. As Kensington Palace posted on their Instagram account (side note: Who knew these guys were so social network savvy?!), Prince William was spotted after his new daughter's birth for the first time on Saturday, when paparazzi caught him leaving St. Mary's Hospital to go pick up Prince George. And, of course, the sighting was super sweet.

The clip is short — only running about 10 seconds, the video shows Prince William getting into an SUV, while telling paparazzi and reporters camped outside of the hospital that he was on his way to "pick up George."

SERIOUSLY, SO MUCH CUTE. Not only do we have a new royal baby, but the new royal baby is probably about to meet the OG royal baby. I'm sure the encounter is going to be nothing short of adorable — with a family like this, how could it not be?!

Congrats to Kate and Will!
