How To Steal Kim K's Flawless Complexion

by Jessica Willingham

Giorgio Armani has a cult-favorite foundation we can't imagine living without and apparently, neither can Kim K. But what Giorgio Armani Foundation Does Kim Kardashian wear, to be exact? We did some digging around, so you don't have to.

In case you missed just how devoted preggo Keeks is to the high fashion foundation, here's proof: the reality-star-turned-entrepreneuer had a full-on meltdown at the news that Armani was discontinuing one of its foundations, to the point where she misspelled the designer's name. Oops! Luckily, other products from Kim Kardashian's favorite makeup look is still up for grabs.

Kim Kardashian loves Giorgio Armani's Luminous Silk Foundation ($62). It is a huge hit with celebs, makeup vloggers, and professional artists, but it's the discontinuation of lesser known Giorgio Armani Designer Shaping Cream Foundation, a light-to-medium-coverage, creamy base, that has Kardashian in a tizzy. Still, it looks like Armani's Luminous Silk Foundation is here to stay, though, so Kim should be happy about that.

"I love Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and Joe Blasco Ultrabase Foundation—it’s a really old school, heavy foundation. My dad got me makeup classes for Christmas when I was like 14 at some Joe Blasco makeup school, and I’ve worn that foundation ever since" she told Into the Gloss.

Kim, of course, pleaded to Armani to keep the Shaping Cream Foundation as well (because she obviously needs to have choices!), and they replied with a gracious "we'll send you one" and a slightly snarky name correction. The way Kim reacted? All class. Give the pregnant lady a break, she just got back from Disney World! Girl is tired, can't you see?!

Armani aside, there are plenty of other shopable body creams, moisturizers, and face serums that Kardashian uses on the daily. Kim shared her favorite face products with Into The Gloss, and actually gave a full run down of her can't-live-without products.

"My skin is more on the dry side, so I need a really thick moisturizer all the time," she told Into The Gloss. "I love Guerlain Orchidée Impériale The Rich Cream because I love the scent and the rich creaminess. There’s also one that’s from Natura Bissē—the C+C Vitamin Cream. It smells really strongly of orange, and I think it’s nice every once in a while. I went to this one facialist in New York, Tracie Martyn, and she has one moisturizer called Shakti Resculpting Body Cream, which is rose-scented, so of course I love it. I’m also really big on rose oils. Epicuren Bulgarian Rose Otto is a really good one.

For face sunscreen, I have two. One is La Mer's The Broad Spectrum SPF 50 UV Protecting Fluid. They make the best sunscreen because it’s really thick and not white. It’s SPF 50 but really sheer—I love it. My other one is from my dermatologist, Dr. Harold Lancer—his Sheer Fluid Sun Shield SPF 30."

Kim is also starting a make up class to share her favorite products and her favorite application techniques. I love that Kim is so transparent about the power of makeup, the products she uses, and her insecurities. It empowers people to go out, get the products, and make the look work for themselves.
