In an industry built around transformation, Eva Israilova believes the most important part of aesthetics is knowing when not to change something. As the founder of Aesthetic Island, Israilova has built her practice around a philosophy that prioritizes personalization over perfection, helping clients understand their features rather than chase someone else’s.

With a huge following watching facial balancing results unfold on social media and over a growing number of patients treated since opening Aesthetic Island’s Brooklyn flagship location two years ago, Israilova has created what she describes as a “full-suite” approach to aesthetics, where high-level care and accessibility exist together.

“I imagined building my own practice, a space where my clients could receive high-level care without feeling excluded by price or intimidated by the industry itself,” she says.

A Personalized Approach To Aesthetic Care

For Israilova, aesthetics is not about recreating someone else’s face. It is about understanding the person behind the treatment. Every face, every body, and every goal requires a different approach, shaped by lifestyle, medical history, aesthetic preferences, skin health, and structural integrity.

Education And Long-Term Treatment Planning

Whether clients are seeking subtle refinements or broader aesthetic treatments, the process begins with a conversation rather than a checklist. Israilova says her practice emphasizes education, individualized care and long-term planning over quick fixes.

“Clients come in for everything from wrinkle reduction and volume restoration to facial contouring, dermal fillers, and biostimulators,” she says. “We meet clients wherever they are in their skin journey, rather than just the references pulled from social media and celebrity beauty culture.”

Building A Practice Around Her Perspective

That philosophy was shaped through years of investing in her education and refining her craft. While working within other practices, Israilova began recognizing the limitations of operating inside someone else’s vision. She wanted the freedom to create a model centered around the level of care she believed patients deserved.

From Clinical Experience to Independent Practice

“I wanted the freedom to offer the treatments I believed in and create the level of care clients deserved,” she says. “When patients began specifically requesting me and I found myself correcting the work of previous providers, the message became clear: it was time to build something of my own.”
