Super Easy Gluten-Free Breakfast Options

by Kaitlyn Wylde

Whether you recently changed your diet to a gluten-free one or if you've been gluten-free for years due to an allergy, breakfast might seem like a mortal enemy. All the foods you once loved and relied on for early morning sustenance have now turned on you due to their flour content, and it might seem like there's literally nothing filling for you to fuel up on. And no matter how much you dress up a gluten-free bagel, you know it's not as good as the real thing. And that fact alone is more depressing than avoiding a bagel all together.

I totally get how much it can suck to find bread substitutes for the things you once counted on. But the answer is not finding good hacks — the answer is finding replacements that fulfill you in a different way.

Bread isn't the only breakfast food that's filling. In fact, there are tons of breakfast foods that are even more filling than bread and that give you energy that can last the whole day, without crashing before lunch. Healthier options that won't make you feel like you're missing out on anything.

Here are a few of my favorite super easy to make gluten-free breakfast options that are going to give you a new reason to be excited about getting out of bed in the morning.
