There's some exciting news in Bachelor Nation this Sunday. According to People, Carly Waddell and Evan Bass are expecting their first baby. The recently married Bachelor in Paradise couple told People, "We are so happy to be expanding our family as we welcome Baby Bass in 2018." The news comes less than two months after their June wedding, which was officiated by Bachelor host Chris Harrison.

Waddell confirmed the news on Instagram, writing,

"SECRET IS OUT GUYS!!!! Evan and I are SO EXCITED to announce we are HAVING A BABY!!! What a beautiful, wonderful, wild year it has been and the adventure continues Feb 2018! (also Evans face here is hilarious and wonderful)"

As one of the Bachelor franchise's most enduring couples, fans have been watching Waddell and Bass since before the couple even knew each other. Bass first appeared in JoJo Fletcher's season, while Waddell was introduced to Bachelor Nation in Chris Soules' season. They met during Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 and proceeded to have one of the cutest courtships ever. By the end of the show, it was clear that these two were in love. Their wedding is set to air during Bachelor in Paradise Season 4, which will premiere on August 14.

Bass has three sons from a previous relationship, so this will be his fourth child, and Waddell's first. Their sweet blended family lives in Nashville, and the couple remain devoted Bachelor fans. As one of the show's most open couples, they're sure to share their experience as expectant parents with their fans. And knowing these two, it's going to be a fun and heartwarming ride. Bachelor in Paradise fans, go ahead and get excited, because this news truly is the best.

The happy couple is sure to have nothing but support as they (and Bachelor Nation) await the arrival of their little bundle of Bachelor baby joy. And seeing this happy family grow is just further proof that, yes, sometimes Bachelor romances are built to last.
