Here's What's In Kylie Cosmetics' Velvet Lip Kit

You've probably already seen by now that Kylie Cosmetics created a new Lip Kit formula. Called the Velvet Lip Kit, this launch is completely challenging everything you know about the duo that changed the makeup game. Well, kind of. If you're wondering if the Velvet Lip Kit Comes with a lip liner, I have some good news. A lot might be changing with this new lipstick, but some things are staying the same.

You might have noticed one thing while Kylie Jenner was announcing the Velvet Lip Kits on her Snapchat — she didn't show any liners. Normally, Jenner shows off every aspect of a new launch. That includes packaging, swatches, and tons of photos of the actual products. This time there were no swatches of the second half of the Lip Kit, so you may have been wondering if this was indeed a "kit" at all. Breathe easy though, because it looks like the liquid lippie and liner combination is here to stay with this new launch.

According to the Snapchat photos of the packaging, the Velvet Lip Kit will include lip liners as well. There's no word yet on whether the formula of the pencil products will be changing to match the cream lipstick formula though. Bustle reached out to Kylie Cosmetics to get the exact details on the launch.

According to Kylie Cosmetic's Instagram, the Velvet Lip Kit will be available on March 16 at 6 p.m. ET on the brand's website. That will include the cream liquid lipstick and the liner to match, as show in the photo above. The bulk of the Lip Kit packaging will be the same as the original launch. The only difference is that it says "velvet" where the word "matte" normally is.

The initial launch will have four shades — Rosie, Harmony, Charm, and Dazzle. All of them are rosy neutrals that are perfect for everyday wear. There's no doubt in my mind that there will be plenty of other shades to come in the near future too. Kylie Cosmetics started with just a few shades of the Matte Lip Kit and now there are over 20 shades to choose from.

While you never know what Jenner will be up to next, one thing is for sure — you'll want to be sitting by your computer on launch day, if you're looking to get them on the first arrival. Kylie Cosmetics products sell like crazy, and this launch will be no different.
