"It's time to make reality TV great again." That's The Situation's take on why Jersey Shore will be returning to the small screen soon. But whether or not Angelina Pivarnick will be on the Jersey Shore reunion is a valid question that currently has no answer. Pivarnick may have been a big part of the first two seasons of the show, but her feud with some of the cast members is famous in and of itself. (Bustle has reached out to her manager, but did not receive an immediate response.)

Rumors surrounding a reunion began building following Nicole Polizzi (better known as Snooki) posting Instagram photos of herself with Jennifer Farley (JWoww), Samantha Giancola (Sammi Sweetheart), and Deena Cortese at the end of June 2017. The buzz surrounding a rumored reunion only got louder when Asbury Park Press reported on July 6 that "Cast members of the hit MTV show 'Jersey Shore' [had] been in Point Pleasant Beach and Asbury Park in the past month with camera crews." Although only Snooki and JWoww were mentioned in the report, Cortese had also been sharing photos in June on Instagram and Twitter of her, Snooki, JWoww, and Sammi, which suggested she'd also be on board for a reunion.

But the one person who was conspicuously absent from the female stars' reunion was Pivarnick.

On one hand, this wasn't entirely surprising. If you follow the stars of the show, you'll know that in September 2016, the 31-year-old model picked a fight with Snooki. She said of Snooki's new lip injections in her interview with In Touch, "She's trying to copy my look." She continued, "It’s funny how she goes and gets her lips done at the same exact place that I got mine done. Yeah, so now all the times on [Jersey Shore] she used to call me ugly, now she’s trying to look like me."

And because diplomacy clearly wasn't a tactic, she stressed, "I don't really think [the new lips] are doing much for her to be honest with you. I don't know what the hell that's about but, whatever. But with me, I look totally different with it, you know?" Obviously, Snooki wasn't going to take that lying down, so she tweeted in response:

Pivarnick kept the feud with Snooki alive when she tweeted, "when I tried to contact u to thank you for that u ignored me. We need to grow up and put things past us. I tried," before her Jersey Shore co-star responded in confusion "Sorry I didn't get back to you. But 'you tried' by talking crap about me to a magazine? all love here, just baffled."

As such, you could understand why the star is conspicuously absent from the reunited cast's first outing, their 2017 Burger King commercial, which stars Polizzi, Cortese, Farley and Giancola alongside Paul DelVecchio, Mike Sorrentino, and Vinny Guadagnino.

So, while it remains unclear exactly who will be joining in the reunion, Pivarnick's lack of posts surrounding the show and absence in the former cast's excitable social media content focusing on being back together again suggests that she probably isn't going to be part of the reunion. However, no matter how much you loved Pivarnick, the star's absence is actually a blessing in disguise. After all, the model made no secret of the fact that she felt bullied while on the show in Season 2, in which she fought with with The Situation and Snooki. Pivarnick told MTV's The Seven, "I was definitely bullied, basically. I was definitely the person that everybody blamed for everything."

Whether you agree with this sentiment or not doesn't really matter. It was clearly a group of people that she didn't feel comfortable around, and, given the recent drama, it's hard to believe that much would have changed.
