Maybe we can all agree that one of the worst things about being an adult is paying back student loans. But if you're a Nicki Minaj fan, you may be in luck, because Minaj is officially launching a charity to help pay off student loans and tuition payments, proving that she's serious about giving back to those who support her music.

The "No Frauds" rapper made waves last week when she spontaneously decided to pay a fan's college tuition. She later announced on Twitter that she would continue to pay the tuitions of other fans, as long as they got straight A's. And it looks like she's actually making good on that promise, because Minaj announced via Instagram on Friday that she would be starting an "official charity for Student Loans/Tuition Payments," and even posted a screenshot of all of the payments that were made thus far. She wrote in the photo's caption,

This makes me so happy. [A few from the other day] I'll do another impromptu payment spree in a month or 2 but pls know that I'm launching my official charity for Student Loans/Tuition Payments VERY SOON! You'll be able to officially sign up! I'll keep you posted!

The photo shows the first names of eight students, alongside the thousands of dollars in payments that Minaj has made.

As of 2017, there are over 44 million borrowers in the U.S. with a combined student loan debt of $1.3 trillion, according to Forbes. Obviously, a $1.3 trillion debt is a bit much for Minaj to tackle alone, but it's great to see her using her resources to help out her fans in any way she can. A lot of the people who make up her fan base tend to be pretty young, so it's also nice to see that, along with launching a charity that they can soon sign up for, her efforts are encouraging them to continue to pursue good grades.

According to her Instagram post, Minaj might "do another impromptu payment spree in a month or 2," but hopefully we're able to find out a little more about the charity before then. Either way, she definitely wasn't lying when she made her initial promise, and I'm sure this won't be the last time she gives back to her insanely loyal fans.
