Fans only just received news about what Beyoncé and JAY-Z potentially named their twins, and there's already wild speculation regarding the rumors. On Friday, TMZ reported that the newborn twins may be named Rumi and Sir Carter (based on legal trademark documents reportedly filed by the couple), and the internet is raising a collective eyebrow at one of the name choices. Despite the fact that the report has yet to be confirmed, fans are already dreaming up a rivalry between Sir Carter and Saint West (the 1-year-old child of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian). Because apparently, even newborn babies can have beef with each other.

While there have been rumors regarding a feud between JAY-Z and Kanye for some years now, things seemingly came to a head at the end of 2016 when Kanye ranted about JAY-Z and Beyoncé several times onstage. According to Us Weekly, one such rant in October revealed Kanye being upset over what he appeared to consider to be signs of the end of his friendship with JAY-Z. Meanwhile, another rant in November had Kanye insinuating some shady behavior on Beyoncé's behalf, before storming off stage.

So, of course fans are immediately transferring this alleged beef onto these poor, precious babies. Because, by online celebrity lore, the Knowles-Carter and Kardashian-West families have apparently become the Montagues and Capulets of hip-hop. And, as suggested by some people on Twitter, the similarity between Sir and Saint's name choices is just too much a coincidence to ignore.

Honestly, it's a fair criticism. And if it turns out to be true that Beyoncé and JAY-Z called their baby, Sir, then in light of this supposed feud, the name choice certainly feels retaliatory. It's as if JAY-Z saw his supposed rival giving his son a rhetorical sainthood, and decided he'd directly challenge that by giving his own son a rhetorical knighthood.

Further playing into the speculation that Saint and Sir may already be rivals is the fact that Kanye previously ranted about how Blue Ivy has never had a play date with North West. According to New York Magazine's The Cut, Kanye told a Seattle audience in October, "Our kids ain’t never even played together." And if that happens to be true, then it could clearly be laying the groundwork for a future rivalry between Saint and Sir that could span decades.

But, this is all purely online speculation, you guys. And all of it also rests on the idea that both families will continue this supposed feud with each other and that their kids will also maintain it as they grow up. But seriously, if the Kardashian-West and Knowles-Carter empires could settle their differences, and just be pals once again, then their kids have the potential to create one of the coolest and most powerful young unions in the universe.

In fact, with names like North, Saint, Blue, Rumi, and Sir, these kids could take their collective powers to the next level.

If these rivaling name choices are actually confirmed, maybe it will result in Saint and Sir hashing out their differences over an intense rap battle in 20 or so years time.

But it'd be way better if both families manage to kiss, make up, and hang out again. Because, honestly? These kids are clearly the coolest. And the world should totally not be denied the opportunity to see whatever awesomeness could result from their potential friendships.
