See Swatches Of ColourPop's Blotted Lip Shades

If you thought that ColourPop was slowing down after their Spring Collection release, think again. The brand is on a roll with their eye and cheek launches, but now they're all about the lippies. In case you missed it, ColourPop launched two new lip formulas. Swatches of the Blotted Lips and Ultra Blotted Lips will prove to you exactly why you need these products in your makeup bag.

I'm wholeheartedly convinced that the people at ColourPop don't sleep. On top of a three-part Spring Collection, creating exclusive spring sets, and coming out with even more Pressed Pigment and Super Shock Shadow shades, this brand is at it again with, get this, a brand new lip formula. Yes, another one! Remember those Blotted Lips from the Alexis Ren Collab? Well, the formula is back and it's bringing a friend.

The ColourPop Lip Collection went from six formulas to four overnight — literally. You can now shop Blotted Lips, which are twist-up tubes similar to Lippie Stix but more sheer, and Ultra Blotted Lip, which are in liquid lipstick tubes but come off as a sheer tint. From the look of the swatches, these products are incredible. Of course, the colors are great, but the real reason that these are special are because of their versatility. Whether you're looking for a sheer one-pass look or doubled-up color, you really can't go wrong.

The brand couldn't have picked a better time to launch the formula. Spring is the perfect time to play with color and opacity, and these products will do both at the same time. ColourPop started the collections out with eight Blotted Lip and eight matching Ultra Blotted Lips ranging from pale pinks to a deep plum. All of the shades are currently available on the website.

Ready for the best part? The new formula won't cost you any more than the old ones. The Blotted Lips are $5 each and the Ultra Blotted Lips are $6. It doesn't get much more affordable than that. Unfortunately, as of Apr. 13, you can't bundle the lippies, but I have a feeling that you will be able to sometime soon.

You'll be happy to know that these two new formulas are a part of the permanent ColourPop collect. Of course, you should still stock up on all of your favorite shades while you can. The brand does a great job of stocking up on their launches, but you never know how fast these new lippies will go!
