Hi, so, listen. I was just living my life like an ordinary responsible citizen of earth when I, like many on the internet, stumbled upon the story of this hot doctor looking for a room in New York, and something just sort of ... snapped? His name — not that it should matter to any of you, since the two of us are soon to be wed, as of approximately five minutes ago — is Rehan Munir, and he's a med school grad student from Pakistan who just happens to have a jaw line that could cut glass and eyes that probably spontaneously create puppies in the world and hair that just turned me, after 25 long years, into a beard person. But I digress.
Our friend (we're all friends here, right?) Rehan went viral over the weekend after posting in Gypsy Housing, a group on Facebook that helps people find sublets and apartments. He innocuously sent a message saying that he was looking for a place for about $800 (oh, sweet summer Rehan, that's not gonna happen — in the words of Taylor Swift, "Welcome to New York") for his rotation at Mount Sinai, describing himself as "professional, friendly, and easy to live with". Commenters, however, had some OTHER choice words to describe him, which can all be loosely summarized as "HOT DAMN."
I'm sorry, did someone say something? I was too busy calling the director of Scrubs and asking him to let Rehan redeem its tenth season by letting him star in an eleventh one, titled Scrubs: Rehan Takes New York.
This right here is the kind of man I'd pretend to enjoy math for (maybe). And commenters clearly agreed — people basically flooded the post. Choice comments included:

Despite being a model and existing in the world the way that he exists, Rehan was surprised to find how quickly his post went viral. “It was pretty overwhelming," he told HuffPost in an interview. "I wrote it and the next day I wake up and I see my post has been inundated with messages and it’s reached a number of blogs locally and internationally. I found it hilarious! The internet is really an unpredictable place.”
No, Rehan; it is not. Allow me to hotdoctorsplain you: your viral fame was more than predictable. Just ask the OG Hot Doctor, aka Doctor Mike. (No, YOU have a compulsion to stalk attractive men who save lives on the internet!!)
Anyway, I've got some good news on bad news on the hot doctor home front — Rehan is single, but he's not looking. "I’m single but trying to focus on my career at the moment," he told HuffPost. Le sigh. Guess we'll all have to settle for that 2006 poster of McDreamy we never took down for now.
