All The Drinks In Lady Gaga's Starbucks Collection

"Born This Way" singer/songwriter Lady Gaga is known for being a trendsetter. And, while that meat dress never really caught on, some of her other ideas have made quite an impact — like her new partnership with Starbucks surely will. So, what are the Starbucks Lady Gaga drinks? The pop icon has partnered with Starbucks to bring a hip new, non-dairy way to cool off this summer. That's right, beginning Jun. 13 and until Jun. 19, Starbucks will donate 25 cents from each one of its four colorful Cups of Kindness drinks to Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation.

Who doesn't want to drink a cup of kindness like the New Year's song "Auld Lang Syne" suggests? This new collection features four vivid iced beverages hand-picked by Lady Gaga herself, including the brand-new Matcha Lemonade and Violet Drink. The refreshing, nondairy drinks come in a rainbow of colors and are all under 150 calories for a grande size, according to a press release from Starbucks.

"We’re healthier and happier when we live our lives with compassion and our communities are stronger when we treat one another with generosity and respect,” Lady Gaga in the press release. “Born This Way Foundation and I are so excited to partner with Starbucks to help inspire positivity and love through the Cups of Kindness collection.”

The Quick & Dirty: The Cup Of Kindness Collection

Quench your summer thirst and donate to a good cause at the same time. The Born This Way Foundation seeks to empower youth and inspire bravery, and they have declared 2017 the year of kindness.

"How we treat one another impacts how we feel about ourselves, how we feel about each other, and how healthy our communities are," the Born This Way Foundation website explained. "That’s why we believe inspiring people to be kind is the key to building a more vibrant and productive world. We understand this is no easy task and we can’t do it alone."

Inspire kindness with these four delicious, dairy-free drinks. “I adore the entire collection and I instantly fell in love with the Matcha Lemonade,” Lady Gaga said in the press release. Here are all the drinks in the collection:

  1. NEW: Matcha Lemonade: Wet your whistle with this vibrant green drink. This drink is made with finely ground Teavana matcha green tea, combined with crisp lemonade then shaken with ice to create a refreshingly sweet, delicious drink.
  2. NEW: Violet Drink: The sweet blackberries and tart hibiscus of Very Berry Hibiscus Starbucks Refreshers Beverage swirl together with creamy coconut milk and ice to create a refreshing (and violet-hued) sip that's sure to be a cornucopia for your taste buds.
  3. Ombré Pink Drink: A refreshing beverage that combines light, fruity Cool Lime Starbucks Refreshers Beverage with creamy coconut milk, a splash of Teavana Shaken Iced Passion Tango Tea and a lime wheel to give your mouth bright burst of hibiscus notes.
  4. Pink Drink: Cool off with this light and refreshing beverage that features the sweet strawberry flavors of Strawberry Acai Refreshers with accents of passion fruit and acai combined with coconut milk, and topped with a scoop of strawberries.

Quench Your Thirst For A Good Cause

According to Starbucks, one program that will benefit from the Cups of Kindness initiative is Born This Way Foundation’s Channel Kindness, a digital platform that features stories of kindness documented by youth reporters, ages 16 to 24. These kindness sleuths are identifying and documenting acts of generosity, compassion, and acceptance that shape communities, because we could all use a little good news these days.

"Over the years we’ve admired the amazing work that Lady Gaga has led through Born This Way Foundation,” Holly Hinton, director of Starbucks' Music and Artist Programming, said in the press release. “We are proud to introduce the Cups of Kindness collection to raise awareness and fund the foundation’s efforts to spread kindness, support youth and make the world a better place.”

Starbucks has committed to a minimum $250,000 contribution to Born This Way Foundation. Want to help? Head to your nearest Starbucks for a cup of kindness between Jun. 13 and Jun. 19. After all, it's cool to be kind.
